I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years now. I began my career as a personal trainer, I soon then discovered that sports was the way forward for me, I became focused on extending my knowledge and began my journey into the world of strength and conditioning.
I studied strength and conditioning at Team Bath as well as doing an internship at Bath Rugby Academy, where I was extremely lucky to be mentored by some amazing coaches. This gave me some great experience as a coach and helped me through the UKSCA process.
I have also had the opportunity to work with more coaches and experienced athletes from numerous sports such as Rugby, Athletics, Bobsleigh, Wakeboarding, Slalom Water Skiing and Mountain Biking.
This has allowed me to have a solid foundation as an accredited coach and has shown me how important it is to continuously further my development by up keeping my skills and education.
